I know these systems from two sides. As a mother, a patient, and a woman told again and again that what was happening to her wasn't really happening — and as a visionary executive and clinical operations leader who has run operations, managed teams, and sat in the rooms where institutions make the decisions that change lives.
That dual vantage became GUTA: a conceptual framework that decodes institutional failure and demands accountability.
